The thing about the vending machines is that I would want a near perfect version. If Savage Lee dropped a well parted OP6 Hard Harold, I would use it. If I saw it in the vending machine, more than likely I would pass on it. JMHO

In fact, sometimes he shows up twice on the same run into the Divide. Sometimes when I fast travel there, I can see some red dots right near the fast travel station.
