It most likely your battery connections or a fuse. Since it ran after you submerged it I doubt it's a fuse.No lights, no indicator lights, no horn, no nothing. I pulled the bat out and hooked it to the charger and the charger said that it was fully charged after 10 seconds or so. Put batt back in and still nothing.
