The '54 is going to a round and full NoCaster style neck. The biggest of the Strat reissues. The 10/56 is a V to C profile and I don't believe it's on every single '56 style guitar, so be careful. Not as small or as pronounced of a V as the Clapton Strats. More comfortable in the upper registers because of the taper.
